Along this route, the people of the Alpujarra exported silk, fruits, and vegetables, while importing cereals. After following a track that eventually descends along a hillside\u2014crossing several ravines and passing the \"Tajo del Campanario\" (Bell Tower Crag) on \u200b\u200bour right\u2014we arrive at the \"Junta de los R\u00edos,\" the spot where the R\u00edo Chico and the R\u00edo Grande converge to form the R\u00edo Guadalfeo.\n\nAt this location, one can see the ruins of a Moorish-era silk mill, situated just below the \"Tajo del Reyecillo\" (Little King\u2019s Crag)\u2014on the opposite side of the R\u00edo Grande\u2014where a cave once served as a shelter and hiding place for the last leader of the Moriscos, Aben Aboo.\n\nFrom this point, the trail retraces its steps back to the junction with the *acequia* (irrigation channel) path, which we will then follow.<\/pre>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1869,"template":"","tipos_de_hacer":[],"class_list":["post-3933","que_hacer","type-que_hacer","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","entry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.8 -
